John Petzke Director
John commenced working in commercial property & construction finance in 2003, following the completion of a Business Degree (finance/ economics). Over the past 18 years, he has been involved in financing commercial properties & construction projects on the East Coast of Australia from Melbourne to Cairns. John’s motivation is in helping clients grow their property portfolios & property development businesses. He sees himself as a long term partner to his clients, and is constantly analysing their portfolios to provide them with the most efficient funding structures.

Doug Cotton Director
Doug has been involved in the financial services industry since 2003 and loan origination since 2011, specializing in commercial property and construction finance. He puts his well-rounded experience to good use and strives to help his clients achieve their goals.
After acquiring a Degree in Economics and Finance, Doug spent 5 years as a Business Banker for NAB catering to small-to-medium trading businesses and property investors and developers. He then accepted a role with Suncorp as a Relationship Manager in the bank’s Commercial Lending division.
Doug then moved on to become a Relationship Manager with one of the largest Retail Banks in Europe, Lloyds TSB. Here he enjoyed successful tenure in the Corporate Workout Division assisting Multi-National Corporations with senior-debt and mezzanine transactions.
